Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

The Postmarked Society is a monthly subscription that delivers a handcrafted snail mail adventure.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled billing date through your customer account or by contacting us at thepostmarkedsociety@gmail.com.

Our monthly enrollment closes on the 25th of each month. Once a subscription has renewed for the current month's adventure or production has begun, that month's order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Cancellations requested after renewal will take effect before the next billing cycle.
